Qualifications

• 5-7 years IT experience.
• 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• 3 years experience in Software Development.
• Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience.
• Excellent collaboration and proactive communication.
• Ability to work in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert business objectives into a scalable QA and automation strategy.
• Advance quality standards, delivery velocity, and engineering excellence.
• Mentor teams in modern automation and AI-enabled practices.
• Address complex system and reliability challenges with critical thinking.
• Architect and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins X, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Enable high-velocity, Kubernetes-based delivery pipelines with rapid feedback.
• Design and oversee Azure-based, multi-stage pipelines with automated gates.
• Incorporate testing and validation throughout end-to-end DevOps workflows.
• Build automation frameworks using Java, C#, and Playwright with TypeScript.
• Use generative AI for test generation, defect prediction, and anomaly detection.
• Integrate Azure AI services into testing and delivery pipelines.
• Leverage Rovo, Copilot, and large language models to assist with test cases and code.
• Accelerate time to market through intelligent automation and CI/CD maturity.
• Improve quality, resilience, and scalability of enterprise platforms.
• Establish next-generation QA capabilities aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
