Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a QA role.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Proficient knowledge of QA processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated time management, organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PeopleSoft data integrity and ensure billing and payroll data accuracy with field offices.
• Serve as escalation point for the team and field offices on QA issues.
• Provide training and education to field offices based on audit results.
• Day-to-day support and coaching of QA Associates regarding processes.
• Onboarding assistance and documentation maintenance.
• Complete assigned reports and audits accurately and timely.
• Research, design and implement improved processes and policies.
