• Workday experience is essential.
• Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation).
• Some automation testing experience desired.
• Experience supporting legacy systems and enhancements in PeopleSoft.
• Experience testing SaaS-based applications.
• Exposure to EPM platforms.
• SQL experience for data validation and backend testing.
• Experience with compliance applications testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications.
• Support automated testing efforts (20–30% of workload).
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes.
• Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests in PeopleSoft.
• Perform data validation and SQL troubleshooting.
• Test and support Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively.
• Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Adapt quickly as new initiatives arise and priorities shift.
• Respond with urgency to support critical business initiatives.
• Learn new applications and support additional tools as needed.

Position Description

• Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications
• Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload)
