Nutrafol, a hair wellness innovator, seeks a Senior QA Analyst for a fully remote US role reporting to the SVP, QA and Technology. You will manually test our ecommerce site, report defects clearly, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure high quality releases. Experience with AI testing tools and Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual Quality Assurance testing of websites and mobile apps in an eCommerce environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Solid knowledge of Jira and other QA/development tools.
• Understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers.
• Experience using AI tools to create test scripts and improve testing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in an Agile process.
• Find, clearly report, and track bugs in Jira, collaborating with QA leads and developers.
• Understand testing tasks quickly and follow through in a timely manner.
• Test ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, tablet, and various browsers.
