Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking a QA Analyst to join a hands-on testing team. The role focuses on manual testing with exposure to automation and AI-assisted testing techniques.

Based in Woodbridge, NJ (1st choice) with a secondary option in Boston. Expect 4 days on-site, video and face-to-face interviewing for locals. The candidate will craft test artifacts, validate AI-generated results, and drive quality across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, preferably with insurance domain exposure.
• Proficient with OpenText Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Strong data testing skills including SQL and XML.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing concepts and GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Participate in reviews and provide quality input early in SDLC.
• Plan test schedules and strategies to meet delivery timelines.
• Document test results and defects using ALM and provide artifacts for UAT.
• Leverage GenAI to improve test design, data creation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
