Job summary

Nevada DMV is seeking a QA Analyst III to lead manual and automation testing for a Salesforce modernization program. The role collaborates with analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile Scrum setting to ensure high-quality software releases.

The contractor will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, manage defects, and support UAT and production validation. Remote work is supported for this multi-year initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of software quality assurance experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of manual functional testing of enterprise applications.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience performing functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Experience validating complex business processes across integrated systems.
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to support Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test plans, scenarios, and scripts for various testing types.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify issues not captured by scripts.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce and integrated apps.
• Execute regression testing during sprint, release, and production cycles.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes and perform reg testing.
• Support UAT activities and production validation post-deployments.
• Maintain QA artifacts, traceability, and testing documentation.
