Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, preferably in CS, engineering or other technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience as a software quality assurance analyst.
• Familiarity with Microsoft-based products and technologies
• Working knowledge of MS SQL

Responsibilities

• Evaluate use cases and software requirements to create test plans and test cases, execute tests, document results, and report bugs.
• Organize testing results and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with project management, developers, and customers to understand testing goals.
• Experience with waterfall and agile software development and test methodologies.
• Mentor QA testers and analysts; guide less experienced team members.
• Create and maintain test matrices, plans, and testing status reports.
• Create Test Closure reports.
