Job summary

Perr&Knight is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our PK1Software team in a hybrid role from one of our four offices: Santa Monica, CA; Newark, NJ; Boca Raton, FL; or Charlotte, NC. You will lead QA practices, develop automated tests, and mentor QA engineers to ensure high-quality software across products.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in software QA, strong automation skills with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA methodologies, processes and tools.
• Experience writing clear test cases and bug reports.
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium/WebDriver and Pytest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and QA leadership to define test strategies.
• Lead QA policies, procedures and process improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts; evaluate results.
• Maintain automated test frameworks for web applications.
• Mentor QA engineers and lead automation strategies.
• Conduct performance tests and collect metrics.
