Mindlance is seeking an IT Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support MassHealth applications within the MSD team. The role focuses on testing activities for HSN, including manual and automated test execution, defect tracking, and test metric reporting.

A long-term, hybrid remote engagement with occasional in‑office work in Quincy, MA is expected. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of testing experience, strong SQL and Oracle skills, and familiarity with Jira and test management tools.

Qualifikationen

• Broad knowledge of testing approaches and techniques for certifying software acceptance.
• Five years of experience in black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, and regression testing.
• Experience in healthcare or government settings is desirable.
• Ability to develop and execute automated tests and integrate CI/CD pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of day‑to‑day testing activity and support.
• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for end‑to‑end system testing.
• Create and deliver test plans and reusable test scripts based on requirements.
• Coordinate defect triage, remediation meetings, and escalation processes.
• Develop automated tests and provide technical support for test automation.
• Perform functional, security, regression, ADA, and performance testing as needed.
• Collaborate with BA/SME teams and QA managers to ensure on‑time delivery.
