Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior Authorization expertise required.
• Experience with Medicaid/MMIS programs.
• Solid business analysis with SDLC/Agile knowledge.
• Experience with claims processing and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in joint application design sessions with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies a plus.
• Develop test strategies, scenarios and cases from written requirements.
• Execute and review test runs and sign off on testing components.
• Document requirements and participate in their development and testing.
• Support end-user training materials and documentation as required.
• Oversight during stabilization phase of releases and test strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure requirements are defined and tested.
• Communicate updates to impacted stakeholders.
• Support MMIS-related questions from program staff and vendors.
• Provide back up to other business analysts as needed.
• Data query and analysis.
