Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Analyst lead to drive data mapping and QA for a government software implementation. The role interfaces with the PMO and vendor teams to identify and resolve issues, draft change orders, and train staff on new processes.

The candidate will map complex spreadsheets to software fields and propose improvements. Ideal candidates have extensive QA and mapping experience, plus strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills, with a focus on process

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst
• 3+ years of state government experience
• 3+ years of experience with Emphasys
• 3+ years of experience with HDS
• 6+ years of experience with data mapping
• 6+ years of experience with business process testing and improvement
• 6+ years of experience with process and procedure documentation
• 6+ years of experience creating statements of work, change orders, and software modification requests

Responsibilities

• Business Process – Software mapping
• Business Process Review, propose improvements to procedures
• Enterprise Software Review, QA analysis
• Resolve pain points with enterprise software functionality, daily reporting, and tracking of helpdesk tickets
• Propose enterprise software improvements and modifications
• Liaison between agency project manager, software vendor, and agency staff
• Prepare presentations, documentation, reports for change orders or statements of work for modifications to software
• Provide documentation and training for recommended changes to business processes
