Qualifications

• Five or more years of quality assurance experience testing large enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and cases.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on manual and automated testing across multiple enterprise applications.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Review requirements, user stories, specs, and tech docs to identify testing needs.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Estimate testing effort and contribute to project timelines.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts using approved frameworks.
• Validate interfaces between enterprise apps and external systems.
• Perform backend data validation with SQL queries.
• Execute API and web service testing with standard tools.
• Document results and report testing progress to leadership.
• Manage defects through resolution and triage meetings.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to tests via RTMs.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, PMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support production releases with validation and post‑production checks.
• Help improve QA standards and automation practices and mentor juniors.
