Job summary

Buzzclan is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for two open positions to ensure IT systems meet standards and requirements. You will work with development teams to test software, create test data, document results, and drive quality improvements across the SDLC.

Candidates should have 5+ years of QA testing experience, ability to write and execute test scenarios and cases, and familiarity with bug reporting in DevOps. UFT expertise and Salesforce knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• QA testing experience with at least 5 years.
• Experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps (5+ years).
• Experience executing test cases manually (5+ years).
• Experience reporting bugs in DevOps (5+ years).
• Good verbal and written communication skills (required).
• Scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert and information resource for assigned areas.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure IT systems, products and services meet standards.
• Work with development teams during software development across applications, operations, and security.
• Lead change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
• Create complex test data for applications.
• Document testing data, findings and reports.
• Provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to assigned manager.
• Perform workflow analysis and suggest quality improvements.
• Recommend new QA practices and procedures.
• Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and sessions.
• Provide resources for agency technical writers.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
