You will design test strategies, coordinate QA within development teams, and monitor quality through the SDLC. Proficiency in functional and non‑functional testing, API testing (Swagger, Postman), and Gen AI integration is expected. EU work region required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA across projects and domains.
• Experience conducting QA assessments and process audits.
• Ability to design test strategies tailored to project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA's role.
• Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing (performance, usability, security).
• Defect lifecycle processes design and root cause analysis.
• Define, collect, and track product quality metrics.
• Proficient in manual API testing using Swagger, Postman, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA into delivery workflows.
• Ability to implement Gen AI into QA with Claude, Codex, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies tailored to the project context and lifecycle.
• Coordinate and organize manual QA work within development teams for structured testing.
• Understand SDLC and QA's role within the process.
• Monitor and communicate progress via product quality metrics.
• Continuously seek process improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform manual API testing using Swagger or Postman.
• Integrate QA activities into delivery workflows with basic CI/CD.
• Explore Gen AI applications in QA to enhance outcomes.
