Job summary

Dutch Vet is seeking a QA Engineer to join the growing tech team. You will work directly with engineering and product teams to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across our applications, reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance.

You will conduct manual, API, and automation testing, review requirements, and help develop comprehensive test plans. A minimum of 3 years in QA is required, with experience in AI tools and cross-browser testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to write clear test plans and test cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on with AI tools used in testing.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL/Postgres and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality across applications.
• Provide production support to CX teams as needed.
• Review requirements and design documents to provide feedback.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop test plans for assigned projects with Developers/Product Managers.
• Conduct manual, API, and Automation testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs; perform regression testing.
• Coordinate and participate in code deployments.
• Learn processes and look for opportunities to improve.
