Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the Quality Assurance team in Salt Lake City. You will build and maintain automated tests for API and backend services, leveraging Python and Behave within a CI/CD pipeline to ensure feature quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA engineering delivery experience with a strong backend/API testing focus.
• 4+ years of experience delivering in Agile SDLC environments, ideally with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement automated test suites for API and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Behave (BDD) and Python.
• Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Maintain and improve automation frameworks to support evolving system architecture, including blockchain components.
