Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior Python RESTful API Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust API solutions while working with data governance and database systems in an agile environment. You will design and develop RESTful APIs using Python, integrate APIs with governance platforms, optimize SQL queries, implement data governance workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Scrum or Kanban
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development or data engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python development with REST API integration.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and relational database design/modeling.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix command-line interfaces.
- Experience with AutoSys job scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python.
- Integrate APIs with data governance platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and relational database schemas.
- Implement data governance workflows and processes.
