Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a Senior Developer, Fullstack (AI & Data Platform) to join a team building agent-enabled applications and production-grade software for data governance and discovery workflows.

You will design services, tooling, and interfaces, collaborating with data engineering and governance partners to deliver scalable solutions with modern frontend frameworks and robust API design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software engineering with a strong fullstack focus.
• Experience with AI-powered tooling like Claude Code and Copilot.
• Strong Python with FastAPI, async, and Pydantic/JSON Schema.
• Understanding of Graph RAG data structures.
• Frontend expertise in React and Vue.js, TypeScript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices, with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AWS and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with data governance and catalogue tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend automation that integrates multiple metadata sources and generates governed artifacts.
• Design and build agent-enabled applications and workflows, including MCP servers and tools.
• Create user-facing interfaces for platform and discovery workflows; deliver production-quality services.
