Job summary

RTX’s MAST directorate seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build Python-based simulation and modeling applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones in an Agile environment.

You’ll design features, review code for quality, and optimize performance while participating in the full software lifecycle with an onsite role in multiple locations including Dulles/ Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 5+ years in software development (STEM).
• Experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Experience with Python libraries and software packages (NumPy, Pandas, SimPy, Panel, Bokeh, Plotly Dash).
• Experience with version control tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
