Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Python Developer for a 100% remote role serving the U.S. market.

The company delivers cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions, and this position focuses on designing, building, and continuously improving robust Python systems in distributed production environments. You will partner with product, data, and operations teams to translate complex business problems into scalable software, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and secure coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of applied Python development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience building large-scale production applications with high uptime.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase.
• Solid SDLC understanding and production support experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance considerations.
• Experience debugging complex enterprise applications in production.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure coding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex enterprise‑grade Python applications.
• Develop secure, production‑ready Python code for distributed systems with concurrency and observability.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring performance and standards.
• Develop and optimize data processing for large datasets, including ETL and real‑time workloads.
• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile cycles and CI/CD with testing, rollback, and monitoring.
