X-Bow Systems is seeking an experienced Python engineer to own significant parts of our Python stack from design to deployment. You will help build process automation and control software for our solid rocket motor propellant production facilities, collaborating with controls engineers, roboticists, and product designers to ship impactful features.

The role emphasizes writing clean, tested code, mentoring teammates, and shaping the technical direction as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Python experience.
• Proven track record building production software.
• Comfort with APIs, Linux environments, and modern dev practices (git, CI/CD, testing).
• Someone who thrives in startup environments: proactive, adaptable, and excited to figure things out.

Responsibilities

• Own major parts of our Python stack—from design to deployment.
• Build process automation and control software for production facilities.
