This role focuses on designing and building distributed, event-driven services for financial workflows, along with developing integrations and maintaining APIs. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience with strong Python skills and familiarity with AWS. The position offers competitive compensation in the range of $160,000 to $180,000 plus bonus, and requires a hybrid working model with three days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a team environment.
• Familiarity with services such as object storage, message queues.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building distributed, event-driven services for financial workflows.
• Developing integrations with external market and execution platforms.
• Improving system reliability, performance, and security across production environments.

Skills

Strong Python experience in production systems

Designing and operating distributed systems

Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
