You will be a seasoned member of an agile team designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable way. You will work across multiple areas to support the firm’s business objectives, building data pipelines, AI-assisted tools, and robust software solutions while ensuring security and operational stability.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience with system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Hands-on experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine approaches.
Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
Uses enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and speed, with peer review and secure coding.
Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures constraints are met by code.
Gathers and visualizes data from large datasets to improve software and systems.
Identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
