Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support Capital Markets and Treasury Technology in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and automation frameworks, with modern web dashboards using Dash/Flask, React, Angular, or Vue.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Technology teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to production support and performance optimization. AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD are part of the environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise apps.
• Strong Python development experience including design, tests, and performance.
• Strong SQL expertise with data modeling and complex queries.
• Experience designing data pipelines, APIs, and architectures.
• Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and cloud-native development.
• Experience in banking, treasury, risk, finance or accounting is a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Software Eng/Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable data pipelines, APIs, automation frameworks, and backend services for Capital Markets.
• Develop dashboards and web apps using Dash/Flask, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Modernize legacy apps by automating processes and improving architecture.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, etc.).
• Lead code reviews, maintain documentation, and mentor engineers.
• Manage source control, testing, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Explore AI-driven solutions, including RAG and enterprise AI integrations.
