Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, build, and maintain a scalable AI Development Platform for enterprise use. The role emphasizes production-grade Python, distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, and cloud-native practices on Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering, strong testing (TDD), DI/Ioc, and experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitOps. Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development building production-grade applications.
• Strong Python skills with type annotations, testing, and static analysis.

Senior Python Developer – AI Development Platform

to help design, develop, and maintain a firmwide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Development Platform. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and reusable platform capabilities that enable enterprise-wide adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise, experience building production-grade applications and distributed systems, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall software engineering and development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience building and maintaining production-grade applications or libraries.
• Strong experience with Python, type annotations, automated testing, and static analysis.
• Production development experience with a statically typed language such as Java or C#.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, modular architecture, and dependency management.
• Experience with Dependency Injection (DI) and Inversion of Control (IoC).
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and SDKs.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes workload development, management, and deployment.
