Revolution Technologies seeks a Senior Python Developer to lead cloud modernization efforts in Columbia, SC. You will design, refactor, and migrate Python applications into AWS and Azure, building APIs and cloud-native services while driving CI/CD and DevOps practices.
The role requires strong Python expertise, API development, and hands-on cloud experience, collaborating with cloud engineers, architects, and analysts throughout the SDLC.
Competenze
- 6+ years of IT experience in application development or testing.
- Advanced proficiency with Python.
- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong API development and integration experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud migrations and microservices is a plus.
Mansioni
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support Python-based applications and services.
- Analyze existing applications and identify components to rewrite or modernize.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and cloud-native services.
- Support migrations into AWS and Azure environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with cloud architects to align with cloud standards.
- Write unit, integration, and system tests.
- Provide technical guidance to teammates.
