Job summary

You will lead efforts around cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and maintain strong CI/CD practices while mentoring engineers to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Python in building production-grade systems.
• Deep understanding of Kafka in high-scale production environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized apps.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing practices.
• Experience mentoring teams and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging systems for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
