Job summary

Accenture is seeking an automation-focused professional to design, develop, and maintain web automation frameworks. You will implement Python-based scripts, work with Alteryx for data processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across functional and integration tests.

The role requires 5+ years in Python, Django/Flask, and SQL, with experience in JIRA/ALM Octane and Agile practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of Python experience (Core Python, OOP).
Experience with Django or Flask and REST API development.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL querying.
Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and Agile execution.
Experience with Alteryx for data processing, ETL workflows, and reporting.
Exposure to OpenText ALM Octane for test and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web-based applications.
Develop and execute automated scripts using Python & Alteryx.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and knowledge.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
Knowledge of JIRA and Octane.
Design and optimize SQL queries for backend/data validation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Ensure quality standards, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation processes.
This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days a week in your assigned location.
