Job summary

Luxoft in the United States is seeking an experienced Python developer to assist our client’s digital technology team by defining and extending the architecture of front-end client solutions for brand websites.

You will work with FastAPI, Pydantic, PyMongo, Docker, Linux and shell scripting, with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, and bring strong OOP/OOD expertise.

The role demands excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven IT experience
• Hands-on Python experience
• Great communication skills
• Expert knowledge of OOP and OOD
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, PyMongo, Docker, Linux and shell scripting
• Nice to have experience with Azure and Azure CLI
• Experience working in MongoDB or other No-SQL DBs
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration- Share your best practices and coding knowledge at all times to help enhance existing processes and technologies, improving documentation, maximizing learning on the team, and encouraging process optimization.
• Design software solutions by interacting with managers and peers to understand requirements.
• Develop solutions that are in line with the client's technology biases, deliver efficiency and scalability, and enable new trading activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
