WorldQuant is seeking a senior-level Python engineer to join a small team working on complex data pipelines, AI/ML systems, and cutting-edge software solutions. You will mentor juniors, review code, and drive architectural decisions across teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years with Python, data engineering, and AI/ML tools, plus cloud and container experience. Strong communication is essential in our results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• 7+ years of experience as a Python developer with data engineering and AI/ML systems.
• Expert-level Python knowledge and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable data pipelines and architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
