Job summary

7+ years in software engineering and strong Python/FastAPI skills are required. Responsibilities include designing platform components, security controls, and observability, while participating in the full SDLC and conducting POCs to evaluate

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional software engineering experience required.
• Experience developing Python-based services with FastAPI and async/await.
• Proficiency in API design and external system integration.
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis databases.
• Ability to implement security controls, governance, and observability.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core Agent Runtime capabilities and reusable platform services for AI agents.
• Implement agent platform features, including tool integration frameworks and orchestration logic.
• Develop APIs, SDKs, and platform components to enable scalable AI adoption.
• Build testing, benchmarking, evaluation, and observability frameworks.
• Troubleshoot runtime, performance, integration, and scalability issues.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
