Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 10+ years of experience to bridge cutting-edge GenAI research and production applications. You will design, build, and deploy LLMs, RAG, PEFT/SFT, and scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments, while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an ML Engineer with 1–2 years in Generative AI or NLP.
• Strong Python proficiency and AWS cloud experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama) and RAG architectures.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for ML.
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, knowledge graphs.
• Engineering degree in CS and ML certification preferred.
• Banking/financial services (Payments) domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and GenAI techniques.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and GPU inference in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into specs.
• Clearly present AI methodologies and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement prompt engineering and model optimization strategies for quality and safety.
• Stay updated with GenAI advancements and integrate into production systems.
• Coordinate with offshore technical team on deliverables.
