Qualifications

• Proficient in Python development for production-quality backend services.
• Experience designing asynchronous, OO systems and automated tests.
• Experience with voice AI and LLM-powered agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy voice AI agents using Python and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Build conversational workflows managing intent, context, and tool execution.
• Integrate speech recognition and synthesis with contact center platforms; optimize latency.
