Innova Solutions is hiring a Sr. Python AI Engineer for a 12+ month contract in San Francisco, CA. The role is hybrid onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

You will develop and scale AI agents to automate marketing campaigns, focusing on Python, microservices, and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong Python engineering skills, experience with microservices, MongoDB, and agentic AI frameworks/LLMs, plus a track record in high-availability systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python software engineering.
• Microservices architecture and API development/integration experience.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and large language models.
• Strong background in backend development, REST API creation, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in FastAPI, AsyncIO, multiprocessing, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to design and develop high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale Agentic AI solutions within the Consumer Technology Marketing Technology organization.
• Focus on coding, supporting, and enhancing AI agents that automate and orchestrate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with a team, own technical development from start to finish, and impact strategic projects.
