Job summary
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc in Woodlawn, MD is seeking a Senior Python Developer with expertise in Agentic AI and Azure to join our growing team. You will build intelligent, autonomous systems that push the boundaries of what's possible with Python and cloud-native AI.
You will design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions, integrate LLMs and AI APIs, and work with Azure OpenAI, Functions, and ML. Collaboration across teams and mentoring juniors are fundamental in this fast-paced
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Strong Azure services experience (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native development.
- LLM prompting, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
- CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions on Python and Azure.
- Build autonomous AI agents, pipelines, and orchestration workflows.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into scalable applications.
- Architect Azure-based infra with Azure OpenAI, Functions, and ML.
- Collaborate with teams to define AI strategy and requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Monitor and optimize performance of deployed AI systems.
