You will work in an Agile squad across Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture, building AI-enabled Python services and automation. The role demands 12+ years of experience, strong Python and AI expertise, and a hands-on approach to developing scalable enterprise solutions in a banking/wealth management context.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong Python syntax, data structures, OOP and design principles.
• Experience in AI application development and agent frameworks.
• Proficiency with Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of unit testing and test automation.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage AI tooling to generate Python-based web apps, back-end services, and automation.
• Design and generate unit tests for Python code and execute tests.
• Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and Copilot-like tools.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for stability and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging Python/AI technologies and best practices.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows with assured quality.
• Review code and assist integration of systems across teams.
• Configure new automations clearly and document procedures.
• Develop custom libraries and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA, and Product Owners to deliver on time.
