Job summary

Talentola is hiring a Python/AI Developer in New York, NY. You will modernize a legacy codebase using AI-assisted development tools, develop Python-based web apps and automation, and work in an Agile squad across Wealth Management, infra, and architecture.

You will design AI-driven components, create unit tests, review code, and stay current with Python and AI best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong Python syntax, data structures, OOP and design principles.
• Experience building AI-driven applications and integrating LLM workflows.
• Proficiency with Django, FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on with Python data/ML libraries and test automation.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation systems.
• Familiarity with process engineering and re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to generate Python-based web apps, services and automation.
• Design unit tests with AI tooling and validate functionality against requirements.
• Build AI-driven components using modern frameworks and Copilot extensions.
• Debug, optimize, and ensure scalable, reliable applications.
