Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a seasoned Purchasing Program Buyer to lead purchasing activities for new vehicle launches, engineering changes, and cost optimization initiatives. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and program management to align with milestones.

In this role you will drive supplier readiness, monitor BOM costs, manage supplier relations, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years procurement experience.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with purchasing divisions and cross-functional program teams to support purchasing strategy.
• Represent purchasing in program meetings ensuring supplier capabilities meet specs and timing.
• Monitor part development, ensure deadlines and cost targets.
• Track BOM cost evolution and drive cost optimization via VA/VE initiatives and benchmarking.
• Ensure supplier readiness across prototype to production and mitigate risks.
