Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in procurement/purchasing in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes (sourcing, PO management, supplier management, receiving, invoicing).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing for direct materials, indirect spend, and factory services.
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies optimizing cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Build partnerships with local, regional, and global suppliers; manage negotiations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, finance and operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Utilize SAP and other ERP systems to manage procurement transactions and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of purchasing professionals.
• Coordinate with global support teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
