Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Leader to manage the day-to-day divisional purchasing function for residential construction operations.

You will direct bidding, cost analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules. The role requires guiding a team, driving cost control, and improving processes across purchasing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Construction, Operations, Sales, and

Competenze

• Minimum 4–6 years of purchasing or construction experience, or 8–10 years equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the purchasing team, align goals with divisional objectives.
• Direct purchasing activities including bidding, cost analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain divisional bid packages, pricing models, brochures, and start-up docs.
• Establish strong trade partner and supplier relationships for reliable labor/materials.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Sales, Design, Land Development, and Finance.
• Oversee purchasing systems, data accuracy, and reporting for budgeting and decision-making.
