Key qualifications:

• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in air pollution control permitting
• Four years of managerial experience in permit writing, review, and issuance for air emission sources
• Four years of experience applying state and federal laws and regulations pertinent to air permitting
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
