Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in business, public administration, or directly related fields.
• Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
• 3 years of professional experience coordinating with Application Systems and information management.
• 3 years of professional experience with agile frameworks like Scaled Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
• 3 years of professional experience contributing to and participating in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
• 3 years of experience aligning product initiatives with company strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 3 years of experience managing or working with social services and constituent needs.
• 3 years of professional experience managing and performing data analytics, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions.
• 3 years of professional experience managing or conducting quality enhancement efforts utilizing user-centered design principles to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Chief of Product Management for the Department of Children and Family Services.
• Partners with the Chief Operating Officer and assigned DoIT Chief Information Officer to shape and execute the product vision and strategy.
• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Develops performance metrics and process improvement.
• Reviews and tracks industry insights and representation.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Education

Four-year college degree (business/public administration)

Experience in public or business administration
