Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of college, preferably with business/public admin coursework.
• Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in public or business organization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Product Manager for IT systems within the division.
• Leads scope and feature decisions on systems development.
• Oversees division data quality, usage, and security.
• Supervises professional staff within the division.
• Collaborates with data stewards and DoIT Data Management to develop BI processes.
• Plans studies on policy requirements and demographic changes.
