Job summary

Medallia is hiring an EX Advisor to lead employee experience and omnichannel programs for federal and enterprise clients. You will guide executive stakeholders, design and manage EX/CX initiatives, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact insights and governance.

This role requires a deep understanding of EX, CX, and technology platforms including Medallia. The position offers a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits, and travel as needed to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EX experience with increasing responsibility in delivery or practitioner roles.
• 3+ years of CX experience in delivery or practitioner roles.
• Ability to translate technical program updates into formal government-ready formats.
• Federal Client Eligibility and Security Requirements for government agencies, including potential security clearance.
• Strong familiarity with technology platforms like Medallia.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients’ C-Suite and stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and translate trends into client initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance during implementation, launch, and ongoing EX/CX program management.
• Design programs across employee journeys (Onboarding, Training, Offboarding, Services, Digital EX).
• Execute engagements including Omni-channel Program Design, Insights Projects, Assessments, and Change Management.
• Support meetings such as Business Reviews and Executive presentations.
• Influence clients to migrate toward omni-channel experience programs.
• Deliver consultative recommendations using Medallia data and industry knowledge.
