Applicants should have strong analytical skills, experience in managing workstreams, and the ability to mentor others. Travel within California is required, and residency in the Greater Sacramento Region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years for Consultant; 3+ for Senior Consultant; 5+ for Managing Consultant.
• Public sector or consulting experience preferred for senior/manager levels.
• Experience managing project components and supervising others.
• Strong analytical and data collection capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-ready deliverables.
