Job summary

AlphaGov, a public-sector consulting group, seeks a Senior Lead CCP-credentialed practitioner to anchor municipal classification and compensation proposals and guide delivery quality for city, county, school, and related public employers.

This remote-first role involves leading methodology, quality review, stakeholder sessions, and coordinating subject-matter experts across concurrent municipal pursuits, with occasional client travel as needed.

Qualifications

• CCP credential or equivalent deep public-sector total rewards leadership.
• Three to five live municipal references, last two years preferred.
• Willingness to authorize name use on proposals and references.
• Proven ability to lead methodology, quality review, and client-facing delivery.
• Strong public-sector writing, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Nice to have: scored-proposal experience as lead on municipal RFPs.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation and classification methodology, quality review, and client delivery.
• Guide job-structure and pay-plan analyses and validate SME work.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and present findings to public-sector leaders.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts across concurrent municipal pursuits.
• Support implementation recommendations and defensible written deliverables.
• Authorize written name use and live references on proposals matching your expertise.
