Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• If role requires law enforcement duties, ILEA/sworn officer required.
• Have never had law enforcement officer license denied by final order or revoked.
• Not currently on suspension or have a voluntary surrender of law enforcement license currently in effect.

Responsibilities

• Senior DPS leader for facility/hospital responsible for executive leadership of DPS team.
• Coordinate and be a resource for the facility leadership team (e.g. CNO, COO, Facilities).
• Ultimately responsible for DPS operations for the assigned facility, scope, or area.
• Directs and monitors the quality and effectiveness of operations and projects related to DPS in the facilities and holdings throughout the system.
• Ensures compliance with relevant safety regulations for Corporate Real Estate facilities (e.g. emergency drills).
