Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced TCO Certification through TCOLE.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the training of assigned staff and make recommendations.

Skills

Knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch equipment

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education

Valid Texas Driver License
