Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager of Public Relations to plan and execute public relations strategies that strengthen the company’s reputation, visibility, and external communications. You will partner with agency partners, executives, and internal stakeholders to manage media relations, crisis and issues management, and local market storytelling.

This role reports to the Director, Corporate Communications & Public Relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in public relations and media relations.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and message development skills.
• Experience managing media relations across broadcast, digital, print, and trade outlets.
• Experience managing agency timelines, deliverables, feedback, and next steps.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage national and local media relations and outreach.
• Support crisis communications, issues management, and reputation initiatives.
• Prepare senior leaders for external opportunities with concise, business-focused materials.
• Develop compelling PR materials including press releases, talking points, and Q&As.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaigns.
