LaunchSquad is seeking an experienced Senior Public Relations professional to lead multiple tech accounts in a fast-paced agency environment in the United States.

You will mentor account teams, shape messaging, and guide strategic programs from concept to execution, while partnering with senior leadership on new business efforts and client wins. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, sharp writing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of public relations experience at an agency or startup technology/D2C company.
• At least two years of program development and team management experience.
• Experience developing key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products.
• Advanced writing, editing, and strategic plan writing skills.
• Proven project management capabilities across several distinct teams.
• Media relations expertise.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating original ideas and strategic communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead four accounts across a variety of B2B or B2C technology verticals.
• Guide the day-to-day direction of account teams and provide recommendations to clients.
• Make strategic work decisions and contribute to challenging or innovative program goals.
• Act as a teacher and coach to establish consistent work standards and expectations.
• Work with senior team members on agency activities including coaching talent and pitching new work.
